Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Sakura Meraki Services LLC (“Sakura Meraki,” “we,” or “us”) handles information when you install or use the DJ-zeros Discord application, dashboard, and related services.
Information we process
- Discord identifiers and profile details needed to authenticate users and identify servers, channels, roles, and members.
- Server configuration, access assignments, moderation records, tickets, suggestions, reminders, game integrations, economy and progression data, and audit history created through DJ-zeros.
- Operational and security events needed to run, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use information
We process this information to provide requested bot features, verify authorization, maintain security, investigate problems, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.
Dashboard authentication
The dashboard uses Discord OAuth to confirm identity and server-management authority. OAuth access is requested only for the scopes displayed by Discord. Bot credentials, OAuth client secrets, and database credentials are never placed in public website code.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers required to operate DJ-zeros, including Discord, GitHub Pages, Cloudflare, and infrastructure or backup providers used by Sakura Meraki. We disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service.
Retention and choices
Configuration and feature records are retained while needed to provide DJ-zeros or until an authorized administrator removes them. Security and audit records may be retained longer for accountability, abuse prevention, disputes, or legal obligations. Authorized administrators can change or remove server configuration, and server owners may uninstall DJ-zeros.
