Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the DJ-zeros Discord application, dashboard, and related services provided by Sakura Meraki Services LLC. By installing, authorizing, or using DJ-zeros, you agree to these Terms and Discord’s applicable terms and policies.

Eligibility and authority

You must satisfy Discord’s applicable age requirements and have authority to install or configure DJ-zeros for the relevant Discord server. You are responsible for actions taken through accounts and roles you authorize.

Acceptable use

You may use DJ-zeros to manage Discord communities through available configuration, moderation, role, ticket, community, game, and monitoring features. You may not use it to harass others, distribute unlawful or harmful material, evade enforcement, gain unauthorized access, probe private infrastructure, interfere with availability, extract credentials, or misrepresent your authority.

Availability and changes

DJ-zeros may change, experience interruption, or require maintenance. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features to improve security, comply with policy, or operate the service sustainably. Any paid plan and service-specific commitment will be presented separately before purchase.

Ownership

DJ-zeros, its website, branding, and original software are owned by Sakura Meraki Services LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, revocable right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers and liability

Except where prohibited by law or covered by a separate written agreement, DJ-zeros is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, Sakura Meraki Services LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from DJ-zeros.
